Drew Ferguson (R-Ga.), who succeeded McHenry as chief deputy whip in 2019, and Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minn.), who is in his second stint as chairman of the House GOP campaign arm, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC)...
