The report also found that pro-democracy attitudes increased in countries that have recently elected populist leaders, including Greece, Spain, Hungary and Poland.

John McAfee, the creator of the anti-virus software named after him, was indicted on tax evasion charges, according to documents that were unsealed on Monday. Federal prosecutors charged McAfee with tax evasion and willfully failing to file tax returns in an indictment dated from June 15, according to the Department of Justice. The indictment was unsealed after McAfee’s arrest in Spain where he is awaiting potential extradition.
